- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Molasses
- 2 (1ounce) Spaures unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 1/2 Cups all Purpose Flour
- 2/3 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar for Decoration

Chicken Tikka Masala, 3434 Fruitvale Ave, Oakland, CA

- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2Teaspoon freashly ground Black Pepeer
- 2 Teaspoon mincede Fresh Ginger
- 4 Teaspoon Salt (or to Taste)
- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 Long Skewers

On friday i had my very first taste of Indian food it was GREAT! Chicken Tikka Masal is now one of my favorite dishes .It was great with rice, and indian garlic bread. This recipe is very easy and tasty. |
